Characteristics of Fishery Industry MSMEs in Takalar Regency that are Resistant to Interferences in Uncertainty Era

Research Business resilience in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is limited number, especially facing disturbances an era of uncertainty. The need for research on business even higher SMEs the fisheries sector developing countries. MSME needs to be maintained improved get sustainability so that it continues contributing economy. purpose this study find characteristics MSMEs Takalar Regency which have high face location Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, carried out from August October 2021. This uses a descriptive analysis method supported by data in-depth interviews questionnaires filled 100 entrepreneurs who run fishing businesses more than five years. results show school graduates dominate resilience, age years, families workforce, simple organizational structure, sources capital are diverse, productive response dan good performance namely generating wealth supports
